We just wanted to thank you very much for our lovely new floor. Our old Victorian wooden floor was beyond repair but the new solid oak floor which you laid on top looks wonderful and is being much admired by our friends and neighbors. The craftsmanship shown by your fitters was particularly impressive. Although the work took slightly longer than estimated it was purely down to his wanting to make the floor as attractive and durable as possible (especially as we have young children) and we are grateful for the care he took at every stage. The way the new boards have been recessed into our existing skirting boards looks so much better than the beading which most of your competitors use and was the main reason why we hired Hitt Oak in the first place. It is a real selling point for you which we think you should advertize more. We would be happy to recommend your company to anyone.

As discussed, to have someone here at 9am Saturday 7th. With regards to cutting the floor in order to install the chimneypiece and stone. I have just spoken to the installers and i think that it is best they explain the job on site as they will know the correct dimentions etc. They will be here at 15 Cavendish Sq at 9am also. Also just to thank you again. The floor looks great and our Creative Director is very happy with the work that your company has done here.

We have just had an old pine floor completely sanded back and resealed. The company was flexible and completed the work on Saturday and Sunday. The workman was fantastic. Polite, hardworking and very tidy. He worked hard filling in holes and making gaps look neat and tidy. Reliable and very professional.

Super polite service provided a quote to sand back and reseal a solid oak floor. The guys turned up on time with a proper equipment and did the job very well with no damage to anything else. This was a small job (27 sq. m) and a collection of smallish complex shapes so would have been easy to mess it up. Good dust control. Job completed in three days including drying time as promised. Recommended.

We needed to have an unsatisfactory finished kitchen oak floor (done by another company) sanded and resealed. Hitt Oak undertook this work and the result is a floor that looks brand new. the guy who did the work, was conscientious, polite and very hard working. It took longer than originally estimated and required four coats of sealant to complete the task. He stayed until 10pm to apply three coats after sanding and then returned early next day to apply the fourth.
